My grandfather's patterns for pouncing medallion images, suspended in plexiglass, illuminated and pin hole light images transferred to the wall behind them. An old Italian method of transferring patterns onto walls, powdered graphite was "pounced" through the pin-pierced designs, leaving an guide on the wall. These 3 patterns were most likely pierced by my grandfather's older children (my aunts and uncles).
